Baby School

So every Friday I take Lizzy to White Memorial, where she attends "Mother's Morning Out." I know it sounds great, but I did it for the sole purpose of voluteering at the kids' school, which is convienently just around the corner from WM. She doesn't LOVE it, nor do I really like taking her there, but it's worked out pretty well because I can run to the school, put in a couple of hours, and usually even have lunch with one of the kids before picking Lizzy up at 1:10.

She calls it "Baby School." I think that's so cute! Anyway, today I took her there even though the other kids are off today. I had the thoughts of taking the older kids somewhere together, but then just trashed the idea, so we're still all hanging out at home in our PJ's (not me, but the other kids have not dressed yet).

The above picture is not great, but it sort of portrays a normal day around here. I've been pulling stuff out and organizing. Behind Lizzy on my bed, you will see the huge number of puzzles we had, so I was sorting through and getting rid of ones that are missing pieces, etc. Lizzy is holding her two favorite things, a banana in one hand and her binky in the other. She also looks kind of ragtag, but that's just the way it is some days.
