In July (and first part of August), we were able to take a family trip to Utah. We looked forward to this all year, and were so thankful for the time we were able to spend with our extended family. Being both from large families, it's such a party when we all get together! Here are just a few pictures to sample, but I have to come back and share more pics in more detail later. A main priority for us is to visit Temple Square in SLC. We had never actually toured the LDS Conference Center, so that's where we are in these first two pictures.
Uncle John took Matt, the little girls, and me on an AMAZING horseback ride. More on that later too.
Provo has this insane jumping place, can't remember the name of it right now. It was a big hit with all the kids, even Lizzy.
More Temple Square, such beautiful flowers! Lizzy scraped her chin pretty good the first day we were there, so it made lovely pictures the rest of the trip.
Mason and his cousin Eden, sharing some computer time.
We weren't even supposed to be on the horses this day, but Lucy was so passionate about it, Uncle John finally gave in. More to follow....
